  • How many people will clean my home?
  • In most cases we assign an individual cleaning professional however it varies based on various criteria. Larger size homes often necessitate sending two, three, or even four team members. Our goal is to customize the cleaning to meet your needs and also provide our team members with the greatest opportunities for career advancement. We will work with you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

  • Will I get the same cleaning professional each time?
  • We make every effort to ensure that one of the two or three team members (or two of the four team members) who serves your home cleans during each visit. There is just no better way to provide you with a more personalized, non-intrusive service than for you to have familiarity with who’s cleaning your home.
    Sometimes however, due to illness, vacations, or days off it’s not possible to send the same person. But don’t worry! If your regular housekeeper is out, we will send another amazing team member who has gone through the same extensive training. You can rest assured your home will be consistently cleaned, each and every time.

  • What if I should like to change my assigned cleaning professional?
  • All of the housekeepers provide the same consistent service to every customer, so you should feel like you are receiving the same quality service no matter who the housekeeper is. However, if you would like to make a change, please do not hesitate to ask.

  • Are your cleaning professionals experienced?
  • Yes. All of our team members have extensive training and field experience having worked either for themselves or in another cleaning company. We teach them the most efficient ways to clean your home safely and effectively using the best available cleaning equipment and Eco-friendly cleaning products, some of which are not available through traditional retail channels. You can always expect the best from White Glove service professionals!

  • Should I tip my cleaning professional?
  • Our team members are cleaning professionals and they are paid to reflect the excellent work they do. We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your housekeeper if you’re happy with the work done in your home. It’s never a requirement, but a gratuity is a powerful way to say thanks. Even a personal note from you, simply saying “thanks for making my home sparkle” means a great deal.

  • Can I hire any of your team members directly?
  • We’ve invested heavily in attracting, training and retaining quality cleaning professionals which takes considerable time and effort on our part. It would be unfair competition if a Customer solicited or employed a past or present White Glove team member whether a cleaning professional, supervisor, or office staff member to work for them directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever. Should you wish to hire or employ any of our team members you agree to pay us our referral fee of $3,000. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from White Glove. If the fee is not paid, White Glove reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection plus any other associated costs, including, but not limited to legal fees.
